Cupernham

A large family suburb on the north-east side of Romsey — post-war housing, Cupernham schools, and easy access to the town centre and countryside.

Cupernham is a large residential area on the north-eastern side of Romsey, one of the town's main suburbs. It is a predominantly post-war housing area of semi-detached and detached homes, popular with families for its schools and its proximity to both the town centre and the open countryside to the north and east.

## Schools and Community

Cupernham is served by Cupernham Infant School and Cupernham Junior School, and older pupils typically attend The Romsey School and Mountbatten School in the town. The area has a settled, family-oriented character and good access to local parks and green space.

## Getting Around

Cupernham sits between the town centre and the A3057 towards Ampfield and Winchester. Romsey town centre and its railway station are a short drive or bus ride away, and the area is well placed for the wider Test Valley road network. The countryside around Cupernham Lane and the Test Valley trails is within easy reach for walkers.
